Conozca las propuestas que el presidente del Saprissa hizo al Gobierno para reactivar la economía
Creación y protección de empleo además de la reactivación económica son parte de las propuestas que presentó Juan Carlos Rojas.
El presidente del Deportivo Saprissa, Juan Carlos Rojas, hizo una pausa en sus funciones en el mundo del fútbol para presentar una serie de propuestas en la plataforma que el Gobierno presentó el domingo anterior “Costa Rica Escucha, Propone y Dialoga”, en temas de reactivación económica, creación y protección de empleos.
Por medio de su cuenta de Twitter, el jerarca morado explicó las seis propuestas que presentó.
“Promover y acelerar la generación de empleo mediante la reducción de pagos de cargas sociales en nuevas contrataciones que se hagan de aquí al 31 de diciembre del 2020. Esta reducción sería al 100% en los primeros tres meses, y al 50% en los siguientes tres. Esto sería como un “turbo” al empleo, al incentivar esas contrataciones”, indicó Rojas.
La segunda propuesta del presidente morado es: “Mejorar la confianza de la empresa privada y el ciudadano, para promover inversión y consumo. Hay mucho que hacer ahí, pero un primer paso es mejorando la comunicación y creando mesas de trabajo entre el Gobierno, sector privado y sector laboral.
Rojas, considera que: “Este país es excesivamente caro. Las cargas tributarias empresariales rondan el 58%, según el Foro Económico, los costos de servicios públicos son muy altos, y el tiempo y trabas burocráticas ahogan a las empresas. Hay que empezar a mejorar entonces la competitividad”.
Otra de las propuesta que presentó el dirigente del fútbol nacional fue la: “Reducción de trámites (sé que hay proyectos sobre esto), recortar tiempos en permisología, y bajar costos de servicios públicos mediante mayor competencia. El ICE es una gran institución, un gran patrimonio de Costa Rica que requiere dar un paso adelante en ese proceso”
“El Estado está con una grave crisis fiscal; simplemente no tiene dinero para invertir. Es por esto que se debe ser mucho más agresivo en buscar alianzas público-privadas, promoviendo la concesión de obra pública como instrumento de inversión, crecimiento, empleo. Para esto puede que haya que hacer ajustes a la Ley de Concesión, pero más que eso, se requiere voluntad política y unión Legislativa-Ejecutivo”, escribió el presidente del club tibaseño.
“Por otro lado, urge eliminar trámites para «soltar amarras» de cientos de millones de $ de fondos que hay amarrados hace años, sin uso al tener reglamentos mal concebidos en temas de Banca para el Desarrollo y Fondo de FONATEL. Asimismo, los Fondos de Pensiones pueden ser un instrumento de inversión que ayude a proyectos país. Hay que desempolvar esa iniciativa. Con esto, empezamos a inyectar $ a la economía”, explicó Rojas.
“Yo creo en Costa Rica y confío en su gente. Pero hay que dejar de lado politiquerías y dogmatismo. Es hora de más empatía y pragmatismo. Aquí dejo un granito de arena, puede que no sea nada nuevo, pero todos tenemos derecho patriótico (y más que eso, el deber) de opinar y proponer”, concluyó el dirigente.
