Trump defiende uso de la mascarilla como gesto «patriótico»
Tras meses de no ocupar su mascarilla en público.
El Presidente Donald Trump ofreció su mayor respaldo, hasta el momento, por usar mascarillas faciales en público, tuiteando que es una acción «patriótica» durante la pandemia de coronavirus.
El tuit de Trump se refiere al COVID-19 como el «Virus Invisible China», un nombre para la enfermedad que ha sido criticado por usar con frecuencia, incluye una foto en blanco y negro de él con una mascarilla.
Y agregó: «¡No hay nadie más patriótico que yo, tu Presidente favorito!».
El tuit se produjo después de que el Presidente se negara en gran medida durante meses a cubrirse la cara en público, pero no mucho después de usar una mascarilla en el hospital militar Walter Reed.
