Mujer denunció que fue obligada a trabajar y la despidieron al contagiarse de COVID-19
La trabajadora acusó a los dueños del establecimiento por abuso al obligarla a laborar pese a estar infectada con coronavirus.
Una joven mujer denunció que fue despedida de su centro de labores después de contagiarse de coronavirus en el mismo comercio, a donde fue obligada a asistir pese a la cuarentena decretada por el Gobierno de Argentina.
Evelyn López era la empleada de una panadería ubicada en el partido de Avellaneda, en el sur de la provincia de Buenos Aires, quien fue despedida arbitrariamente luego de que los propietarios del negocio se enteraran que había sido infectada por COVID-19.
“Yo estoy segura de que me contagié acá porque ya había otros empleados contagiados y con síntomas y no los aislaron”. En diálogo con C5N, Evelyn agregó: “Tomaron la decisión cuando vino personal del Ministerio de Salud a decir que había una denuncia de casos positivos y ahí me dijeron que me fuera a casa, pero me pidieron que no dijera que estaba trabajando con síntomas”.
Según relató Evelyn, los dueños del establecimiento le dijeron que solo le iban a pagar el mes trabajado y vacaciones. “Ellos dicen que me llamaron y que yo los insulté. Puedo demostrar que jamás recibí esa llamada y mucho menos les falté el respeto”.
