El presidente de EE. UU. Donald Trump amenazó en varias ocasiones de retirarse y criticó al organismo por su respuesta a la emergencia sanitaria que vive el mundo.
“El Congreso de Estados Unidos recibió la notificación de que el presidente retiró oficialmente a Estados Unidos de la OMS en medio de una pandemia”, dijo en Twitter el senador demócrata Bob Menéndez.
