¡Crueldad animal!: deportista patea a un cisne bebé mientras corre y le provoca daño cerebral
La Policía de Londres busca al hombre que lastimó a la cría de un cisne y los veterinarios advierten que “no hay un buen pronóstico”.
Un lamentable caso de maltrato animal se dio a conocer el lunes 8 de junio en la ciudad de Londres, Inglaterra. Un hombre que estaba corriendo por el Richmond Park pateó a un cisne bebé provocándole un daño cerebral.
La Policía pidió información a los testigos para dar con el paradero del runner y hacerlo pagar por sus actos. El cisne bebé fue encontrado por personas que estaban en la zona y lo llevaron a una guardia veterinaria donde indicaron que el animal tenía lastimado el cerebro.
“Ayer alrededor de las 17:30 en el Pen Ponds de Richmond Park, un corredor pateó a un cisne recién nacido que se había cruzado en su camino”, escribió la Royal Parks Police en su cuenta de Twitter.
Tras el brutal maltrato animal, miles de usuarios en las redes sociales expresaron su enojo y exigieron la máxima pena para el agresor. “Estoy muy indignado y frustrado. Por favor, hagan algo, debemos que encontrar a la persona y que se haga responsable”, escribió un cibernauta.
