Acusan de asalto a los policías que empujaron a un anciano durante una protesta en Búfalo
Los hechos tuvieron lugar el jueves y provocaron la suspensión de los dos agentes involucrados
Dos policías que empujaron a un anciano en Búfalo (Nueva York, EE.UU.), que a raíz del empujón cayó al suelo y se golpeó fuertemente la cabeza, han sido formalmente acusados este sábado, informa AP con referencia a los fiscales.
Ambos fueron declarados inocentes de asalto en segundo grado y enfrentan acusaciones de asalto. Fueron liberados sin fianza, detalla la agencia.

Posteriormente el alcalde de Búfalo, Byron Brown, emitió un comunicado para informar que los dos uniformados involucrados en el incidente fueron suspendidos. El viernes, los 57 miembros del equipo de respuesta que figura en el video renunciaron en protesta por esa medida. Argumentaron que el motivo de su dimisión es el «tratamiento a dos de sus colegas, que simplemente estaban ejecutando órdenes».
