Hijo transmite en vivo entierro de su padre muerto por COVID-19 en Nicaragua
El joven contó que hizo el Facebook Live para que los familiares y amigos de su padre lo acompañen a su última morada.
Con el dolor de su corazón, el joven Luis Siero Alfaro despidió a su padre, el capitán Luis Cristóbal Siero Huembes, piloto de la aerolínea nicaragüense La Costeña, quien murió de coronavirus en el Hospital Militar de Nicaragua.
El protocolo de manejo de los cadáveres contaminados por COVID-19 prohíbe los velorios y funerales, por lo que el joven realizó un Facebook Live desde que salió del hospital hasta que llegó al cementerio, para que sus familiares y amigos lo acompañen en su dolor.
Un “adiós para siempre” en 20 minutos
“No hay forma de expresar las palabras de dolor de ir detrás de esta carroza llevando a mi padre al cementerio central de Managua”, contó el joven, quien resaltó que su padre “resistió hasta donde pudo” y sufrió un infarto.

Cuando llegó al cementerio se encontró con cinco familiares de otras víctimas de COVID-19. “Este es un entierro express, como le dicen, de la manera más rápida posible para evitar contagio del virus”, indicó el joven que, antes de enterrar a su padre, abrió el ataúd para mostrar que el cuerpo, que iba dentro de una caja hermética.
“Aquí queda mi viejito, mi pobre viejito. ¡Cuídense mucho!”, instó, mientras concluía la transmisión.
