Un expolicía se quita la vida al no sentirse bien debido a cuarentena por coronavirus en Reino Unido
El sujeto se encontraba afectado por la pérdida de su hermano y no pudo aguantar el aislamiento decretado por las autoridades.
Un expolicía de Reino Unido, identificado como Michael Burton, fue hallado muerto tras estar desaparecido por 72 horas en medio de la pandemia por el coronavirus.
Según informó The Sun, el sujeto se retiró de la policía luego de 26 años de servicio, al encontrarse afectado por el suicidio de su hermano en el 2015.
El citado medio señaló que el sujeto fue visto por última vez el pasado 18 de abril, cuando salió de su vivienda. Sin embargo, el cuerpo fue hallado en una vivienda de la ciudad de Sheffield, luego de estar tres días sin comunicarse con sus familiares.
“Mike se complicó en estas recientes restricciones de aislamiento de la COVID-19, ya que era un personaje muy sociable y ya no podía pasar más tiempo con sus amigos y familiares como había disfrutado anteriormente. Esto ocurrió pocos meses después de la investigación sobre el trágico suicidio de su hermano, que lo afectó más de lo que nadie podría haber conocido. Él era generoso, afectuoso, solidario y un conversador inteligente que siempre estaba lleno de energía y entusiasmo”, indicaron los familiares.
