España autoriza salidas muy limitadas a los niños solo para acompañar a sus padres a comprar
Las llamadas de ciertas regiones y de profesionales pediátricos presionaron al gobierno para permitir la movilidad de los menores, advirtiendo del riesgo para su salud física y psicológica que provocaba la situación.
El gobierno español flexibilizó muy tímidamente el severo confinamiento del país autorizando a los niños a salir a partir del lunes, pero solamente para acompañar a un progenitor al supermercado o la farmacia. En otros países europeos, se permite a los menores realizar cortos paseos con alguno de sus padres alrededor de su domicilio.
«A partir del 27 de abril, los menores de 14 años puedan acompañar a un adulto en las actividades que ya permite el estado de alarma» como «ir, por ejemplo, al supermercado, la farmacia o las entidades financieras», dijo la portavoz del gobierno María Jesús Montero.
España, el tercer país más golpeado or la pandemia después de Estados Unidos e Italia, está sometida desde el 14 de marzo a un confinamiento muy estricto que el Congreso debe prolongar hasta el 9 de mayo incluido.
Los adultos pueden salir individualmente para ir a trabajar si no pueden hacerlo desde casa, comprar comida o medicamentos, ir al banco o sacar rápidamente a su perro. Los niños están encerrados desde el comienzo de la cuarentena.
Pese a esta tímida relajación, los menores españoles seguirán sometidos a reglas más estrictas que sus homólogos en países vecinos como Francia, donde los niños pueden salir una hora al día con sus padres para pasear cerca de casa.
