“Te quiero más que a mi vida”: anciano con COVID-19 habla con su esposa por videollamada
Las palabras del adulto mayor han emocionado en las redes sociales. Las enfermeras que lo atendían, le facilitaron una tablet para que hable con su esposa en medio de su recuperación.
Miles de pacientes infectados con COVID-19 en España se encuentran internados sin tener comunicación con sus familiares o amigos. Pero, en el hospital El Pilar de Barcelona, un anciano pudo hablar con su esposa a través de una videollamada, mientras se recupera del coronavirus.
Fidel, con la ayuda de Miriam y Eva, dos enfermeras que le consiguieron un dispositivo móvil, logró realizar una videollamada y comunicarse con su esposa. El hombre no ve a su familia desde que dio positivo con la enfermedad y permanece internado en el hospital de Barcelona.
“Antonia, te quiero más que a mi vida”, se oye decir al emocionado paciente, mientras las lágrimas lo embargan por la emoción de volver a ver a su amada. Mientras tanto, el personal de salud que lo acompaña resalta la belleza de su esposa: “¡Qué guapa es Antonia!”, le dice una de las enfermeras, mientras ayuda al anciano.
“Mi vida no tiene ninguna importancia, pero tú si la tienes”, le dice Fidel a doña Antonia. Él se encuentra en aparente buen estado salud, mientras se recupera del coronavirus. Sin embargo, el servicio de salud de España ha registrado más de 130 000 contagiados con COVID-19. El equipo médico se encuentra trabajando para salvar la vida de los casos más graves.
El video de la comunicación entre Fidel y su esposa circuló en diversas redes sociales y ha despertado las emociones de miles de personas. La mayoría de pacientes no tiene la oportunidad de volver a hablar con sus seres queridos, y permanecen en soledad dentro de los hospitales.
