La polémica frase de dos pastores en medio del coronavirus: “Sigamos mandando al Señor nuestros diezmos”

Dos pastores evangélicos de Colombia, identificados como Miguel y María Paula Arrázola, fueron criticados por varios usuarios luego de que pidieran a sus feligreses seguir dando el diezmo a pesar de la pandemia que se vive por el coronavirus.
Ambos pertenecen a la Iglesia Ríos de Vida, e hicieron una transmisión a través de YouTube donde ella indica: “En tiempos de pandemia sigamos mandando al Señor nuestros diezmos”.
La mujer también señaló que “tiene una forma fácil” para aquellos que quieren dar la ofrenda. “Puedes ir a la página web de nosotros y ahí encuentras la sección que dice ‘donaciones’, donde podrás seguir todos los pasos. También puedes hallar un instructivo de seis o siete formas diferentes de donar a través de cadenas de almacenes y aplicaciones de nuestro banco”.
María Paula Arrázola les pidió a los líderes de la iglesia que envíen el link de la página web a través de WhatsApp para que las personas tengan la facilidad de acceder al portal.
Este hecho permitió que un senador de Colombia, Gustavo Bolívar, critique al pastor y a su hermana por hacer este pedido. “Diezmen a sus vecinos más pobres. Dejen de aportar a los lujos de estos vivos. Los Arrázola dicen diez veces diezmo, dar, donar, ofrendar, en tres minutos. Manipulan la pobreza”, indicó a través de su cuenta de Twitter.
