Lesbiana es abusada por hombre que pretendía forzarla a ser heterosexual
El sujeto intentó seducir a la mujer a pesar de que esta le había dejado en claro su gusto por las mujeres. El hecho ocurrió en Saint-Ouen, Francia.
Una mujer lesbiana de 33 años fue abusada sexualmente por un sujeto de 24 años al que acababa de conocer. Pese a que ella le aclaró su orientación sexual, el hombre la forzó a tener relaciones y la estranguló. Tras el hecho, ocurrido en Saint-Ouen, Francia, el perpetrador fue sentenciado a 15 años de prisión.
La joven menciona que en Octubre del 2017 conoció a su abusador en un Bar en París, Francia. Este intentó seducirla, pero ella le aclaró su gusto por las mujeres. Tres horas más tarde, ambos fueron a casa del muchacho, ubicada en la localidad de Saint-Ouen, a las afueras de la capital de Francia, de acuerdo con las autoridades francesas.
Ya en la casa del joven de 24 años, el sujeto comenzó a intentar seducirla, no obstante la joven le dijo al sujeto que se detuviera, pues no se sentía a gusto dada su orientación. Luego de la joven intentar librarse del abusador, este la estranguló y abusó de ella. “Te voy a demostrar, lesbiana, que la relación heterosexual es algo bueno para ti”, le decía, según relató el abogado de la víctima durante el juicio.
La joven fue encontrada por los agentes con heridas en el cuerpo. Dos semanas después el hombre fue detenido por las autoridades.
El juicio que se llevo acabo el pasado viernes, el abusador nego haber echo todo lo que la mujer de 34 años dijo que paso y alegó que la relación fue consentida. Él ya tenía condenas previas por robo con violencia y tráfico de drogas, así como antecedentes de agresión sexual.
El agresor, un tunecino residente en Francia, fue condenado a 15 años de cárcel y a pagar una indemnización de 50 000 euros. La sentencia, sin embargo, no consideró como agravante la orientación sexual de la víctima, algo que había solicitado la Fiscalía local.
