Allanamiento en la municipalidad: Padre e hijo detenidos
Un operativo judicial en la Municipalidad de Pérez Zeledón ha dejado al descubierto un presunto caso de corrupción que involucra a un padre y su hijo. El Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) y el Ministerio Público llevaron a cabo un allanamiento en la Unidad Técnica de Gestión Vial, donde se detuvieron a dos funcionarios identificados como Abarca Núñez y Abarca Cisneros.
La investigación, dirigida por la Fiscalía de Probidad, Transparencia y Anticorrupción, gira en torno a un posible delito de peculado. Según las autoridades, los detenidos estarían implicados en el uso indebido de maquinaria municipal para abrir un camino en una propiedad privada ubicada en el barrio Las Brisas de Pérez Zeledón.
Durante el registro en las oficinas municipales, los agentes del OIJ lograron confiscar evidencia relevante para el caso. Los detenidos han sido presentados ante el Ministerio Público, donde se determinará su situación legal.
Este operativo resalta la importancia de la transparencia en la gestión pública y el combate a la corrupción, recordando a la ciudadanía que cualquier abuso de poder será investigado y sancionado adecuadamente.
