Notarios y oficiales de tránsito del caso Madre Patria podrán reanudar sus labores tras fallo judicial
La situación de los oficiales de tránsito y notarios públicos involucrados en el caso Madre Patria ha dado un giro significativo. Recientemente, un juez aceptó las apelaciones presentadas por sus defensores, permitiendo que estos profesionales retomen sus funciones tras la finalización del juicio de apelaciones.
Reversión de la suspensión
Según la resolución judicial a la que tuvo acceso DIARIO EXTRA, se admitió de manera parcial el recurso de apelación en relación con los implicados en el caso, incluyendo a los oficiales de tránsito de los apellidos Ramírez Zumbado, Morera Quesada, Pérez Alcázar, Campos Bolaños y Alvarado Amador, así como a los notarios González Jiménez, Fernández Bonilla y Aguilar Zúñiga.
William Anderson, abogado de cuatro de los oficiales de tránsito, expresó su satisfacción con el fallo. “Hoy se ha hecho justicia. A los oficiales de tránsito que fueron injustamente acusados por el Ministerio Público se les ha levantado la medida y pueden volver a servir a la nación”, afirmó. Sin embargo, Anderson lamentó la falta de apoyo de los líderes administrativos hacia sus defendidos en este proceso.
Por otro lado, Esteban Córdoba, defensor de uno de los notarios, también comentó sobre la decisión judicial. Aunque celebró la revocación parcial de las medidas, expresó que el juez no consideró adecuadamente ciertos elementos en su análisis. “Consideramos que varias de las personas con medidas de privación de libertad no deberían estar en esta situación”, indicó Córdoba.
