Problemas en el Banco Nacional persisten: clientes siguen reportando errores en sus cuentas
Los inconvenientes que enfrentan los clientes del Banco Nacional de Costa Rica (BN) no parecen tener fin. Desde el 22 de septiembre, numerosos usuarios han expresado su frustración por la visualización de saldos erróneos en sus cuentas, lo que ha generado inquietud y confusión.
Clientes alzando la voz
A través de redes sociales, especialmente Facebook, muchos clientes han hecho pública su indignación. Una mujer preguntó: «¿Pueden confirmarme si aún hay irregularidades en los montos reflejados en las cuentas?» Otro usuario, descontento, comentó: «Hoy llamé al banco y me dijeron que ya habían hecho todas las devoluciones, pero en mi cuenta sigue siendo mentira. ¡Es demasiado!».
El pasado 22 de septiembre, el Banco Nacional emitió un comunicado reconociendo problemas técnicos en la visualización de saldos. La entidad aseguró que los fondos de sus clientes permanecen seguros, y que el inconveniente se limitaba a la forma en que los saldos se mostraban en las cuentas. Además, negaron rumores sobre un posible hackeo.
Jaime Murillo, Subgerente General de Riesgo y Crédito, aseguró que el equipo técnico del banco había solucionado el problema el mismo día y que los clientes deberían poder realizar sus transacciones con normalidad. Aquellos que continúen enfrentando problemas son alentados a comunicarse con el Centro de Contacto al 2212-2000 para una revisión específica de su caso.

Sin embargo, a pesar de estas afirmaciones, los clientes siguen reportando irregularidades en sus saldos. La situación ha llevado a muchos a cuestionar la efectividad de las soluciones proporcionadas por el banco, lo que deja un ambiente de desconfianza en el servicio.
