Banco Nacional Responde Ante Fallo que Afectó a Miles de Clientes
Un fallo técnico en el Banco Nacional generó gran preocupación entre alrededor de 100 mil de sus usuarios este domingo, quienes vieron sus cuentas reflejadas en negativo y enfrentaron dificultades para realizar transacciones. El incidente se manifestó cuando muchos clientes no pudieron visualizar correctamente sus saldos en la aplicación bancaria, lo que ocasionó que no se pudieran completar pagos ni transferencias mediante servicios como SINPE Móvil.
El problema técnico impidió que los clientes accedieran a su dinero, lo que afectó su capacidad para pagar en comercios o realizar transferencias. Esta inesperada falla generó inquietud, ya que las cuentas aparecían con saldo negativo, causando incertidumbre sobre la seguridad de los fondos.
Respuesta del Banco Nacional
Tras el caos generado, el Banco Nacional informó que su equipo técnico trabajó de manera diligente para solucionar el fallo. En un comunicado oficial, la entidad se disculpó con los clientes afectados, señalando que el problema había sido resuelto y los saldos ya se encontraban visibles en los diferentes canales.
“Nuestro equipo técnico trabajó para resolver el problema y permitir que nuevamente los saldos se visualicen correctamente en los diferentes canales de servicio. Una vez resuelta la situación, desde el BN queremos ofrecer nuestras más sinceras disculpas al grupo de clientes que se vio afectado por este inconveniente”, indicó el Banco Nacional.
Persistencia de Problemas en Algunos Usuarios
A pesar del comunicado de la institución, algunos clientes han reportado que, incluso en la mañana del lunes, seguían enfrentando dificultades para visualizar correctamente sus saldos o realizar operaciones bancarias, lo que ha generado preocupación en algunos sectores.
Aunque la entidad asegura que el problema fue solucionado, la situación deja un importante desafío en la confianza de los usuarios, quienes esperan que incidentes similares no se repitan.
