Presidente Chaves Afirma Que la Economía Costarricense Está Mejorando
En una reciente declaración, el presidente de Costa Rica, Rodrigo Chaves, destacó que la situación económica del país ha mejorado notablemente, asegurando que el dinero ahora rinde más para los ciudadanos. Durante una intervención, Chaves se dirigió a la población con una afirmación contundente: «¿Usted no nota que la plata está alcanzando mucho más que antes?»
Chaves subrayó los avances que su gobierno ha logrado en términos de pago de deuda y en la implementación de proyectos de infraestructura. Según el presidente, el gobierno ha estado gestionando y reduciendo la deuda histórica que, según él, afectó principalmente a las generaciones jóvenes. «Este gobierno ha amortizado la deuda que se acumuló durante años, no tanto por nosotros, sino por la juventud, y hemos mantenido un firme control sobre el gasto», explicó Chaves.
El presidente también se mostró optimista sobre el futuro económico del país, afirmando que Costa Rica se mantendrá como un «campeón de la economía» y que el país se encuentra en una posición de estabilidad fiscal. Chaves hizo hincapié en que la mejora en el poder adquisitivo es evidente y cuestionó a la audiencia sobre su percepción de cómo se está manejando la situación económica: «No han notado que la plata sí está alcanzando y ustedes saben que la plata alcanza ¿cuándo y cómo? A ver», concluyó.
