(Video) “Están matando inocentes”: El desgarrador mensaje de una familia destrozada a Rodrigo Chaves
María José Castro Miranda, víctima inocente de la violencia que azota Costa Rica, falleció el pasado lunes 9 de septiembre tras ser alcanzada por las balas en un ataque perpetrado por sicarios en un restaurante de Barrio Luján, San José. María José se encontraba en el lugar junto a su esposo, una sobrina de él y otros allegados, celebrando la llegada de un familiar al país, cuando los disparos estallaron la noche del domingo 8 de septiembre.
Tras el ataque, María José fue trasladada al Hospital Calderón Guardia, donde lamentablemente falleció horas después.
La tragedia ha llevado a su hermana, Andrea Castro, a redactar una carta dirigida al presidente de la República, Rodrigo Chaves, al ministro de Seguridad, Mario Zamora, y al Poder Judicial, pidiendo una acción inmediata y contundente frente a la ola de violencia e inseguridad que vive el país.
En el desgarrador mensaje, Andrea expresó su frustración con la creciente inseguridad que afecta a ciudadanos inocentes.
“No se están matando entre ellos, están matando a personas inocentes. Esto merece que los tres poderes de la República coloquen su mirada en el problema de la inseguridadhoy las familias que hemos sido afectadas por esta inseguridad. Los llamamos a actuar, no nos dejen solos hagamos algo por las familias de este país, hagamos algo por Costa Rica. Esperamos que ninguna familia de Costa Rica tenga que llorar la pérdida de otra vida inocente y esperamos por favor un actuar pronto por parte de ustedes”, reclamó en la carta, que busca sensibilizar a las autoridades para que tomen medidas concretas ante la crisis de violencia.
Andrea también cuestionó las declaraciones del presidente Chaves, quien ha afirmado que los enfrentamientos violentos son entre los mismos criminales.
“No es así. Están matando a personas inocentes también”, enfatizó, señalando que la inseguridad ha cobrado la vida de personas ajenas a los conflictos delictivos, como su hermana.
La familia de María José, junto con otras víctimas, clama por una respuesta rápida y eficaz de parte de las autoridades para evitar que más familias costarricenses tengan que llorar la pérdida de seres queridos por la violencia descontrolada que azota al país.
