Fiscalía pide cárcel para altos mandos de Coopeservidores
En el marco del caso de Coopeservidores, la Fiscalía está evaluando solicitar prisión preventiva para cuatro de los acusados, según indicaron los abogados defensores. Entre los implicados se encuentra Óscar Hidalgo, gerente de Coopeservidores, junto con tres personas más, identificadas con los apellidos Quesada Muñoz, Corredera Ramos y Mora Arias, quienes mantenían vínculos con la cooperativa Coopefenix R.L.
Jorge Rodríguez, abogado defensor de Hidalgo, expresó su rechazo a los señalamientos realizados por el Ministerio Público, argumentando que las acusaciones carecen de sustento. «Estamos dedicados a desmentir los cargos presentados, los cuales no tienen respaldo de una investigación criminal sólida. No existe una sola prueba concluyente en el expediente», afirmó Rodríguez.
En cuanto a la resolución del caso, los abogados estiman que la decisión final podría tardar debido a la complejidad del proceso y el número de personas involucradas. Pablo Solano, representante legal de otro de los acusados, mencionó que aún faltan varias exposiciones por parte de los defensores, lo que alargará el tiempo antes de que el juez pueda deliberar y emitir una sentencia.
Solano también adelantó que solicitará la liberación de su cliente, quien es representante de la empresa RGM Servicio de Limpieza. Resaltó que su cliente se presentó voluntariamente ante las autoridades y previamente había interpuesto una denuncia, lo que, según el abogado, debería ser suficiente para evitar medidas cautelares.
