Rodrigo Chaves: “La Policía y el OIJ saben quienes son la mayoría de sicarios en este país, ya es hora de mano más fuerte”
El mandatario de la República, Rodrigo Chaves Robles, se pronunció sobre el trágico caso del menor Ian Chacón, quien perdió la vida defendiendo a su madre durante una balacera en Batán de Limón.
“Una persona que muera en este país de actos de esa bajeza como ir a dispararle a una mujer y que su hijo quede herido en el evento y luego muera es inaceptable. Por eso yo le hice, al señor presidente de la Comisión de Seguridad y Narcotráfico, el llamado de que ya es hora de poner mano dura. Han pasado leyes últimamente está bien, pero el gran plato fuerte es la mano dura”, indicó Chaves.
“La Policía sabe, el OIJ sabe quienes son la mayoría de sicarios en este país, quien les paga, quien los entrena y, sin embargo, constitucionalmente y legalmente la Policía no los puede detener a menos de que los pesquen en el acto y la detención en un acto de flagrancia ni siquiera permite que la Policía les haga preguntas lo tienen que entregar inmediatamente al Poder Judicial. Ya es hora de mano más fuerte, el mejor testimonio de eso es el evento de ayer con la muerte trágica de una criatura inocente. Se sabe quienes son la mayoría, pero ahí andan los detiene la Fuerza Pública y ahí andan”, agregó.
El mandatario también se refirió sobre el recurso de amparo que le interpusieron para que no hablara sobre el caso Turesky.
“A mí me metieron un recurso de amparo para que no hable del caso Turesky que el Poder Judicial los soltó en contra de las recomendaciones de la Fiscalía”, finalizó.
