Joven vende mamones chinos en las calles de Alajuelita para pagar la universidad
A través de las redes sociales del creador de contenido Robert Barrantes, mejor conocido como Robert Junior, se hizo viral una joven que se ha ganado toda la admiración de los costarricenses.
Junior difundió la historia de Nayeli María Álvarez, una muchacha que vende mamones chinos en las calles de Alajuelita para poder pagar sus estudios en aviación.
En la publicación, aparece Nayeli junto a su puesto de venta con un enorme cartel en el que dice que con las ganancias que recibe paga sus estudios.
“Del campo a tus manos mamones chinos. ¡Con tu compra endulzarás tu paladar y a la vez me apoyarás a financiar mi carrera de aviación!”, escribió.
Pero, ¿por qué eligió la carrera de aviación?
“Tengo un angelito en el cielo: mi bebé. Mi primer hijo falleció cuando tenía 7 meses de nacido a raíz de una gastrosquisis que se complicó. Cuando estaba tratando de tomar la decisión de qué estudiar pensé que lo más bonito sería algo que me haga sentir cerca de él y me decidí por aviación. No solo es el hecho de estudiar y pagar la carrera como tal si no que también se pagan las horas de vuelo, hay que velar por mi hogar, tengo que velar por mi hija”, contó Álvarez.
Y es que el día a día de Nayeli no es fácil: comienza la jornada en horas de la madrugada, cuando va a comprar la fruta que venderá, luego va a la universidad, esto sin descuidar a su hija de 3 años.
Ni siquiera los domingos deja de trabajar, ese día va a la feria de Zapote a vender bananos criollos.
