El 22 de julio, Elon Musk compartió en la red social X una historia sobre su hija trans, Vivian Jenna Wilson. Pocos días después, la joven desmintió públicamente las afirmaciones y comentarios de su padre.
El magnate escribió: «Nació gay y ligeramente autista, dos atributos que contribuyen a la disforia de género. Lo supe desde que tenía unos 4 años, cuando me escogía ropa para usar como una chaqueta y me decía que era ‘¡fabulosa!’, además de su amor por los musicales y el teatro. Pero él no era una niña».
Wilson, de 20 años, no tardó en responder a través de Threads, criticando las mentiras y estereotipos perpetuados por Musk. «Nunca elegí chaquetas para que él las usara y ciertamente no las llamaba ‘fabulosas’. No utilicé la palabra fabuloso cuando tenía cuatro años porque, una vez más me gustaría reiterar, tenía cuatro años», afirmó.
La joven también refutó las afirmaciones sobre su supuesto amor por el teatro y los musicales, explicando que su primera experiencia con estos géneros fue en noveno grado y que su hermano gemelo era quien tenía una obsesión con ‘Hamilton’. «Lo ponía tanto en el carro hasta el punto que durante mucho tiempo renuncié a todo el género», añadió.
Wilson continuó, expresando que todo lo dicho por Musk era fabricado. «Él no sabe cómo era yo cuando era niña porque simplemente él no estaba allí, y en el poco tiempo que estuvo fui acosada implacablemente por mi feminidad y mi carácter ‘queer'», dijo.
Posteriormente, en una entrevista exclusiva con ‘NBC News’, Vivian Jenna Wilson reveló más sobre su infancia y su relación con Elon Musk. Describió a su padre como «frío, con un temperamento muy rápido, indiferente y narcisista». Además, mencionó que siempre la regañaba por mostrar rasgos femeninos y le exigía que hablara en un tono más grave. «Constantemente me gritaba porque mi voz era demasiado alta. Fue cruel», compartió Wilson.
La relación entre Vivian Jenna Wilson y Elon Musk se deterioró aún más en 2022, cuando la joven universitaria solicitó legalmente cambiar su nombre en un tribunal de California y, durante el proceso, denunció a su padre. «Ya no vivo ni deseo tener relación con mi padre biológico de ninguna manera o forma», declaró en el expediente judicial.
En su entrevista con ‘NBC News’, Wilson también reveló que no ha hablado con Musk en más de cuatro años y no quiere ser definida por él. Aunque siempre había evitado la atención pública, sintió la necesidad de hablar después de las declaraciones de Musk sobre que había «perdido a su hijo» debido al «virus de la mente despierta».
Antes de desmentir las publicaciones de Musk en X, Wilson subió un video a Threads asegurando que estaba bien y que estaba preparando una respuesta.
