Expresidente Carlos Alvarado estuvo presente en la humillante goleada que recibió Alajuelense en Estados Unidos
El expresidente de Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado Quesada, presenció junto a su hijo Gabriel la humillante goleada que recibió Liga Deportiva Alajuelense en el juego de ida de los octavos de final de la Copa de Campeones de la Concacaf.
El conjunto manudo perdió 4-0 en Estados Unidos contra el New England Revolution.
Los rojinegros empezaron dominando el encuentro que se llevó a cabo en el Gillette Stadium, en Foxboro, Massachusetts, pero la batería no les duró mucho.
El juego de vuelta será el jueves 14 de marzo a las 6 de la tarde en el estadio Alejandro Morera Soto.
