Triste final: tras 23 años, cierra en Limón soda que encantó al chef Gordon Ramsay
Un rice and beans con pollo y una sopa de mondongo de soda Mirna enamoraron al conocido chef británico Gordon Ramsay.
El pasado lunes Soda Mirna dio a conocer por medio de sus redes sociales que tras 23 años de funcionamiento se despedirá de sus comensales y cerrará sus puertas.
Y es que esta soda, ubicada en Puerto Viejo de Limón, se volvió famosa a nivel mundial tras encantar al conocido chef británico Gordon Ramsay con un delicioso rice and beans con pollo y una sopa de mondongo en 2021.
“Soda Mirna cerrará el próximo 31 de enero de 2024. En caso de darse una reapertura, será en una nueva ubicación. Esto ha sido una dura decisión, pero nos llena de gratitud el saber que después de tantos años, este negocio fue el favorito de muchos y nos permitió promocionar y potenciar las visitas de nacionales y extranjeros a nuestro amado Caribe Sur. Muchas gracias a todos los que fueron parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo y en especial a cada uno de nuestros clientes”, informó el comercio en un comunicado.
