Jeaustin Campos no cede y anuncia que peleará con todos los recursos legales ante sanción de 6 meses
Por supuestos insultos racistas al jugador del Deportivo Saprissa, Javon East.
El director técnico del Club Sport Herediano (CSH), Jeaustin Campos, envió a Columbia Deportiva un contundente comunicado en respuesta a la suspensión de seis meses impuesta por el Comité de Ética de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol (FCRF).
Esto como resultado de las acusaciones de insultos racistas presentadas en su contra por el jugador del Deportivo Saprissa, Javon East cuando era su entrenador en el conjunto tibaseño.
East aseguró que en un entrenamiento Campos “negro bastardo” o “negro de mierda” tras errar en una práctica.
A través de un boletín de prensa, Campos expresó su sorpresa ante la resolución del Comité de Ética, destacando las inconsistencias evidenciadas durante el proceso y basándose en hechos y testimonios que él considera falsos.
“Con gran asombro recibimos esta tarde la resolución del Comité de Ética, sobre todo, luego de una serie de inconsistencias mostradas por el Tribunal y que se basa en hechos y testimonios falsos”, se lee en la publicación.
El estratega anunció que, junto a su equipo legal, utilizará todos los recursos jurídicos a su disposición para impugnar la resolución deportiva. Además, señaló la presunta parcialidad de algunos miembros del Comité de Ética, mencionando que han sido captados en fotografías con los testigos y han mostrado abiertamente sus colores.
“Estaremos acudiendo con todo el peso, la fuerza legal y los recursos jurídicos que estén a nuestro alcance para combatir la resolución deportiva dictada”, aseguró Campos.
El comunicado también destaca irregularidades durante las audiencias, como la ausencia de algunos miembros del Comité de Ética en las sesiones de evacuación de prueba de los testigos, la presencia de terceros manipulando la evidencia y la violación flagrante de procedimientos.
Campos concluyó agradeciendo el apoyo recibido y anunció que próximamente convocará una conferencia de prensa para ampliar su comunicado y abordar más a fondo la situación.
Además de la suspensión de seis meses, el entrenador deberá cancelar una multa de $5.000.
