Tregua entre Hamas e Israel acaba de iniciar con la liberación de los primeros rehenes
Al menos 13 mujeres y niños saldrán libres, según el portavoz del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Qatar, Majed Al-Ansari.
El director del Servicio Estatal de Información, Diaa Rashwan, portavoz del Gobierno egipcio, ha anunciado que la tregua entre Israel y Hamás comenzará a las 7.00 a. m. (hora local) del viernes 24 de noviembre, donde se tiene prevista la liberación de rehenes civiles desde las 4.00 p. m. Al menos 13 mujeres y niños saldrán libres, según el portavoz del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Qatar, Majed Al-Ansari.
Egipto, mediador del pacto junto con Catar y Estados Unidos, aseguró que ha recibido las «listas de detenidos y prisioneros de ambas partes, la palestina y la israelí, cuya liberación está prevista para el primer día del alto el fuego».
El portavoz del Ministerio de Exteriores catarí, Majed Al-Ansari, anunció previamente que el viernes serán liberados 13 mujeres y niños civiles en manos de Hamás en Gaza, sin embargo, no ofreció la cifra de prisioneros en cárceles israelíes, cuya liberación también está prevista sobre las 16.00 hora local.
¿Cuántos rehenes civiles serán liberados?
Según lo previsto, durante estos cuatro días se liberarán a 50 rehenes de Gaza, mientras que se espera que sean excarcelados 150 presos palestinos, todos ellos mujeres y niños. Por lo que el funcionario urgió a ambas partes a que «implementen el cese de hostilidades tal y como ha sido planificado y acordado».
Luego de que ambas partes aceptaran los términos del acuerdo en la madrugada, se esperaba que el alto al fuego para la liberación de rehenes entraría en vigor hoy mismo, pero al final se retrasó por la necesidad de ultimar detalles.
Según este acuerdo, Hamás liberará a entre 10 y 13 rehenes cada día durante los cuatro del pactado alto al fuego, hasta llegar a los 50; y será entonces cuando Israel excarcele a los palestinos.
