La Liga no se queda de brazos cruzados y pedirá abrir un proceso disciplinario contra Mariano Torres
Mariano Torres se vio envuelto en la polémica los últimos días por en apariencia decirle insultos racistas al futbolista Freddy Góndola.
Si bien trascendió que el Tribunal Disciplinario de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol (Fedefútbol) no determinó nada por el caso de los supuestos insultos racistas de parte del jugador del Deportivo Saprissa, Mariano Torres hacia el futbolista de la Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, Freddy Góndola, el equipo rojinegro no se quedará de brazos cruzados y solicitará que se abra un proceso de investigación contra el capitán morado.
Lo anterior debido a que según detalló el Tribunal Disciplinario, no lograron determinar nada tomando en cuenta el informe del árbitro Adrián Chinchilla.
“El informe arbitral describió la denuncia de un jugador de Liga Deportiva Alajuelense por un supuesto insulto racista. Sin embargo, el árbitro indica que no se pudo constatar el hecho en el momento, por lo cual a partir de aquí la parte interesada puede solicitar un Proceso Disciplinario con fines sancionatorios. El plazo para presentar la solicitud es de dos meses a partir del momento de los hechos denunciados”, detalló el ente.
En cuanto a la solicitud que realizará Alajuelense, según detalló el abogado de la Liga, Aquiles Mata, quien conversó con el medio CRHoy.com, el equipo mandará la información necesaria para solicitar la investigación.
“Desde un principio dijimos que vamos a apoyar al jugador. Ayer (martes) antes de que llegara el informe del Tribunal Disciplinario, estábamos redactando la petición para abrir de un proceso de investigación, aportando las pruebas que se requieren, video y todo“, expresó Mata a medio.
Con respecto a lo sucedido, el capitán morado ha negado en todo momento que le haya dicho algo al jugador panameño.
