Joven futbolista de Limón Black Star estaría entre los detenidos por caso de lavado de dinero del narco
El futbolista es hijo del aparente líder del grupo criminal, alias “Pecho de Rata”
Desde muy temprano este martes 21 de noviembre el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), inició una operación con la cual buscaban desmantelar una agrupación criminal que, al parecer, se dedica a lavar millones de colones obtenidos del narcotráfico, esto en la provincia de Limón.
Según trascendió producto del trabajo de los agentes lograron dar con la captura de cinco personas, todos familiares y entre esas destaca un joven futbolista de 25 años, quien juega con el equipo Limón Black Stars.
El futbolista jugó en la última temporada de la Liga de Ascenso del fútbol nacional e incluso fue titular el pasado 3 de noviembre en el partido que Limón Black Stars disputó contra Futbol Consultans Desamparados.
En cuanto a los otros detenidos, serían tres hermanos del joven, de apellidos López Tyndall y López Bryan, así como la esposa de “Pecho de Rata”, quien se apellida Tyndall, de 43 años.
Las investigaciones contra la agrupación iniciaron hace dos años, cuando las autoridades recibieron información acerca de un incremento de capital anormal en dicha familia.
Cabe destacar que la agrupación se hizo dueña de negocios como bares, gimnasios y hasta un redondel en la provincia de Limón.
