Oficial de la Fuerza Pública detenido hoy habría aprovechado su profesión para vigilar a la víctima
El oficial de 26 años fue detenido la mañana de este jueves 16 de noviembre en Sagrada Familia en San José.
De acuerdo con la versión preliminar que manejan las autoridades judiciales, el oficial de la Fuerza Pública de apellidos Mondragón Araya, de 26 años, que fue detenido esta mañana por ser sospechoso de participar en un asesinato, habría aprovechado su trabajo para vigilar a la víctima.
Como lo mencionamos anteriormente Mondragón fue detenido el día de hoy en la delegación policial de Sagrada Familia en San José, esto por agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) de Guácimo-Pococí quienes además de esta delegación allanaron dos búnker en El Encanto, en Cariari.
“Figura como sospechoso de participar junto con otras dos personas en un homicidio ocurrido el 9 de mayo (anterior) en La Esperanza de Cariari, en la que falleció Bryan Alberto Pérez Obando, de 24 años”, detalló el OIJ.
Con respecto a los presuntos gatilleros de momento no han sido detenidos, pero son buscados por las autoridades, trascendió que uno es conocido como “Sobre”.
“Las dos personas que faltan por detener se están buscando debido a que forman parte de esta célula criminal, quienes también forman parte de otra grupo criminal importante de la zona”, detalló Randall Zúñiga, director del OIJ.
Tanto el oficial como los otros dos hombres conformarían parte de la agrupación criminal dirigida por el reconocido narcotraficante Alejandro Arias Monge, conocido como “El Diablo”.
A Mondragón y la banda involucrada en dicho incidente se le investiga por homicidio y tráfico local de drogas.
