Presidenta de la CCSS asegura que la institución está “en cuidados intensivos”
Así definió Marta Eugenia Esquivel la situación actual de la Caja.
La presidenta de la Junta Directiva de la Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS), Marta Eugenia Esquivel, aseguró que la entidad está “en cuidados intensivos”.
Esto tras una consulta de Noticias Columbia sobre si la institución está en quiebra y su conexión con esta problemática en constante aumento, que está retrasando los procedimientos a los que deben someterse los costarricenses.
“A la Caja le estamos dando cuidados intensivos para que este tema de las listas de espera sea manejado con el corazón, a todo pulmón”, respondió Esquivel.
“La verdad es que lo que queremos es hacer un esfuerzo importante por este plazo que estamos en emergencia institucional para ir haciendo como el efecto acordeón. Ir llevando a plazos razonables, porque uno de los análisis que hicimos era que es complicado resolver la lista hacia atrás pero seguir inflando las fechas hacia adelante”, agregó.
