Dictan 40 años de prisión a hombres responsables del homicidio de Lil Quil
En total dos dos imputados y cada uno deberá descontar 20 años de cárcel.
Este lunes 6 de noviembre el Tribunal conformado por los jueces Freddy Calderón Chaves, Kryssia Quirós Villalobos y Katherine Elizondo Tenorio, dictó sentencia contra dos hombre quienes fueron encontrados como responsables del homicidio de Javanka Gordon Gordon, conocido como “Lil Quil”.
Dicha decisión fue tomada esta tarde en el Tribunal Penal de Pavas, y si bien dos hombre fueron condenados, otra persona más fue absuelta de toda culpa.
En cuanto a la persona absuelta de toda responsabilidad por el principio “in dubio pro reo” (por dudas), es una mujer de apellidos Tortós Campos.
Con respecto al homicidio de “Lil Quil” ocurrió el 06 de agosto del 2020, y de acuerdo con la pieza acusatoria, los hoy sentenciados establecieron un plan con la finalidad de dar muerte al hombre quien se desempeñaba como cantante nacional y a quien mataron de siete balazos.
Luego de que “Lil Quil” llegó al ser pasadas las 3:00pm a San José en compañía de otro hombre no identificado, trascendió que Bryant y Shaw subieron a Lil Quil a un carro y lo trasladaron de Hatillo a Santa Ana, donde finalmente lo mataron.
“Los imputados, junto a Gordon Gordon (Lil Quil), se trasladaron hasta el sector de Santa Ana, propiamente en Calle Manantiales, en una calle de lastre diagonal a un condominio. Al ser aproximadamente las 3:16 p. m. lugar y momento en que se apersonaron la víctima Gordon Gordon y los imputados (…) descendieron del vehículo y mediante amenazas lo obligaron a ingresar (…) y una vez en el sitio dispararon en varias ocasiones contra la víctima”, detalló el fiscal José Rodríguez.
