Miembros de la banda “Los Chamorros” detenidos en Puntarenas cumplirán seis meses de prisión preventiva
“Los Chamorro” son investigados por los delitos de homicidIo y tentativa de homicidio.
Luego de que este martes los integrantes de la banda “Los Chamorro” fueron detenidos tras los allanamientos que se llevaron a cabo en Puntarenas, Tamarindo de Guanacaste y San Ramón de Alajuela para desarticular varias bandas criminales, el Juzgado Penal de Puntarenas les impuso seis meses de prisión preventiva.
Los dos hermanos de apellidos Chamorro Cordero, de 21 y 26 años, y una mujer de 28 años, de apellidos Gutiérrez Torrentes, están siendo investigados por los delitos de homicidio y tentativa de homicidio.
De acuerdo con la Fiscalía Adjunta de Puntarenas, los tres imputados, junto con otro hombre que todavía no ha sido identificado, el día de los hechos viajaron a bordo de unas motocicletas y pararon en la casa de la víctima de apellidos Álvarez Zúñiga.
En apariencia los hermanos y la mujer dispararon desde afuera de la vivienda contra el joven que se encontraba adentro, y acabaron con la vida de este de varios impactos de bala.
Tras este ataque los sospechosos se dieron a la fuga hasta que, después de una serie de investigaciones, la Fiscalía y el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) los detuvo en las intervenciones.
Cabe destacar que en los allanamientos realizados el sábado, además de los mencionados, las autoridades también detuvieron a Ramos Quirós, alias “Gordo Ramos”, de 40 años y a Villafuerte Guido, alias “Pikachu”, de 27 años, y otras seis personas más.
