Campbell mostró una actitud admirable ante situación ocurrida con Galo en el partido de este miércoles
El futbolista Alajuelense defendió a su colega florense ante los insultos de la afición manuda.
Una vez más del futbolista de la Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, Joel Campbell, dio de que hablar este miércoles en el partido ante el Club Sport Herediano, que se disputó en el estadio Ricardo Saprissa.
Si bien Campbell se roba la atención con lo que realiza a nivel de juego, en esta ocasión también lo hizo con un accionar que sin duda demostró una actitud admirable.
Si bien Galo pudo demostrar que su caso fue completamente accidental, eso no impidió que algunos aficionados lo ofendieran en el partido.
En cuanto a Joel, una vez finalizado el partido expresó que esas cosas no deben de pasar, ya que ni el fanatismo las puede justificar.
“Al final somos colegas, en la cancha cada quien defiende su escudo, su uniforme, pero también somos seres humanos, él pasó por una etapa dura en su carrera y también hay que ser un poco humano. Obviamente es normal que la afición rival te insulte o diga cosas, pero creo que hay un límite de insultos que son lamentables para mí y que no van con mis valores”, expresó Campbell.
Cabe destacar que, además, de Joel también el técnico de la Liga, Andrés Carevic, se mostró solidario con el florense e hizo gestos a la afición para que se detuvieran con los insultos.
Con respecto al partido de vuelta de las semifinales de la Copa Centroamericana Concacaf 2023 entre Herediano y Alajuelense, se disputará el próximo miércoles en el estadio Alejandro Morera Soto.
