Hombre gana 26 casos jurídicos sin tener la licenciatura de abogado
Un hombre ganó sorprendentemente 26 casos jurídicos sin tener la licenciatura en Derecho que lo facultara como abogado; fue arrestado y enfrentaría un juicio.
Como de película, un joven de 28 años representó 26 casos como “abogado” y ganó todos sin tener una licenciatura en Derecho sin que nadie sospechara nada sobre lo extraordinario de la situación y ahora fue arrestado.
El hombre de Kenia se hacía pasar por abogado, sin tener formación ni cualificación, fue arrestado por el Equipo de Acción Rápida de la Sección de Nairobi de la Sociedad de Abogados de Kenia (LSK).

El caso ha causado indignación entre los funcionarios judiciales, pero algunos lo consideran impresionante. Se conoce que un magnate keniano estaría dispuesto a pagar la fianza, impresionado por la capacidad de Mwenda Njagi de ganar la veintena de casos jurídicos sin tener ningún tipo de formación específica para ello.
La Organización Central de Sindicatos de Kenia (COTU) dijo a un medio de comunicación internacional que el hombre era una “mente joven brillante” que logró triunfar “sin las calificaciones tradicionales”, prueba de ello la veintena de casos que ganó sin necesidad de estudios.
Otro de los partidarios del hombre es Mike Sonko, el controvertido exgobernador de Nairobi, que publicó un vídeo con el hombre en las redes sociales. Renson Mulele Ingonga, director del Ministerio Público de Kenia, ha dicho que Mwenda podría enfrentar un proceso judicial.
