Saprissa celebra la independencia con una goleada memorable ante el Municipal Grecia
A gol por provincia, los morados endosaron este viernes una goleada 7-0 al equipo griego.
El Deportivo Saprissa demostró este 15 de setiembre su poderío en el campo al vencer de manera contundente al Municipal Grecia con un impresionante marcador de 7-0 en el partido correspondiente a la jornada 10 del Apertura 2023, celebrado en el estadio Ricardo Saprissa de Tibás.
Los goles no se hicieron esperar, y Warren Madrigal abrió el marcador a los 10 minutos del inicio del partido. Ariel Rodríguez amplió la ventaja para el Saprissa con un golazo al minuto 24. La fiesta goleadora continuó con Luis Paradela, quien anotó a los 65 y 80 minutos, seguido por Kendall Waston al minuto 67. Orlando Sinclair se unió a la celebración con un gol al minuto 78, y Fidel Escobar selló la victoria con un tanto al minuto 88.
Por otro lado, para el Municipal Grecia, la derrota significa su decimosexto partido sin conocer la victoria, igualando la racha de Carmelita en el Invierno 2008. Grecia se encuentra a solo un partido de igualar las 17 derrotas consecutivas de Carmelita en 1983 y Ramonense en la temporada 2005-2006.
El partido comenzó con un Grecia deseoso de sumar puntos, pero su esfuerzo se vio frustrado temprano cuando Warren Madrigal anotó el primer gol a los nueve minutos, aprovechando un error en la defensa de Grecia.
Este triunfo marca un hito para el Saprissa, ya que no lograba una victoria por 7-0 en el torneo mayor desde su enfrentamiento contra Pérez Zeledón el 20 de abril de 2023.
Esta es la octava vez que los morados consiguen un resultado de 7-0 en la máxima división, demostrando su poderío en el fútbol costarricense.
Y muy patrióticos anotaron, este Día de la Independencia, un gol por provincia.
