Selección de Alemania despidió al DT Hansi Flick tras histórica goleada de Japón
Los teutones no aguantaron sufrir una dura derrota ante los samuráis y decidieron apartar al entrenador germano.
Se acabó la historia de Hansi Flick con la selección alemana. Después de la goleada 4-1 que sufrió el combinado teutón por parte de Japón en un reciente partido amistoso, el cuadro germano anunció la salida del entrenador por medio de un comunicado oficial en sus redes sociales.
«La junta general de accionistas y el consejo de supervisión de la DFB (Federación Alemana de Fútbol) decidieron hoy (domingo), a propuesta del presidente de la DFB, Bernd Neuendorf, despedir de sus funciones al seleccionador nacional Hansi Flick y a los dos entrenadores asistentes Marcus Sorg y Danny Röhl con carácter inmediato», indicaron.
En declaraciones recogidas por la agencia EFE, Neuendorf indicó que requieren un cambio con miras a la Euro: «Necesitamos un espíritu de optimismo y confianza de cara la Eurocopa en nuestro propio país. Para mí, personalmente, es una de las decisiones más difíciles de mi mandato hasta el momento, porque valoro a Hansi Flick y a sus ayudantes como expertos del fútbol y como personas». Asimismo, comentó que era «inevitable» la destitución de Flick, ya que «el éxito deportivo es la máxima prioridad para la DFB».
Por su parte, Rudi Voller, director deportivo de la federación alemana, precisó que el estratega teutón y su comando técnico «lo dieron todo para mejorar las cosas después de la eliminación en el Mundial Qatar 2022», pero que no se pudo lograr mejores resultados y los últimos partidos fueron muestra de ello.
