‘Sus almas eran demasiado perfectas’: Gemelos mueren asfixiados en su baúl de juguetes
Sadie Myers compartió lo que sucedió con sus hijos gemelos de cuatro años de edad; aunque llamaron a los paramédicos, nada pudieron hacer por los pequeños.
Dos niños gemelos de cuatro años de edad murieron por asfixia en el interior de su baúl de juguetes en Florida, Estados Unidos.
Sadie Myers, la madre de los pequeños, compartió un estado en Facebook donde narró lo sucedido. Aseguró que sus hijos estaban en el interior de su casa jugando, cuando se quedaron dormidos en el baúl de juguetes.
“No muchos conocerán el dolor de perder dos hijos al mismo tiempo, y perderlos de una manera que no tiene sentido, pero tengo que creer que algo en este universo los eligió específicamente, tal vez para protegerlos de alguna tragedia futura, o tal vez porque sus almas eran demasiado perfectas para este mundo”, señaló Myers.
Así encontraron a los gemelos
Agregó que los niños solían levantarse a media noche para jugar sin que nadie más lo notara, y que incluso podían encontrarlos dormidos en el interior de la residencia durante el día.
“En algún momento durante el sueño, uno de ellos debe haberse movido o pateado durante el sueño y eso provocó que la tapa de este viejo cofre de madera se cerrara”, conjeturó la madre.
Al día siguiente, toda la familia se dedicó a la búsqueda de los pequeños, hasta que alguien los detectó en el interior del baúl. En un inicio pensaron que estaban dormidos, pero fue la madre quien detectó que ellos no respiraban.
Aunque llamaron a los servicios de emergencias, los paramédicos ya no podían hacer nada por ellos. Deana Myers, hermana de los pequeños, inició una colecta de fondos para ayudar a sus padres a pagar los gastos funerarios.
