Hombre enfermo de cáncer quiere que lo metan a prisión para ‘no estar solo’
El ciudadano enfermo de cáncer ya se ha reunido con el director de la cárcel para que le permita quedarse allí, pero este le ha negado el ingreso. Dice el paciente que no quiere cometer un delito para conseguir que alguien lo cuide.
Justo Márquez, un granadino de 60 años enfermo de cáncer, ha pedido ingresar voluntariamente en el centro penitenciario de Alhaurín de la Torre, en Málaga, España, porque debido a su estado de salud tiene miedo de “estar solo”, y en la cárcel tendría compañeros que le podrían “atender y socorrer”.
Fue diagnosticado en el año 2020 “y se me ha agravado la cosa. y encima me encuentro en mi casa solo, con depresión, con ansiedad, toda la noche, todo el día solo”, le dijo a EFE.
“No encuentro ayuda por ninguna parte y entrar en la cárcel es la idea que he tenido, pero no quiero cometer ningún delito”, afirmó Márquez, que está “desesperado” por encontrar una solución a su problema y dejar de estar “las 24 horas del día solo”.

Márquez ya habló con el director del penal, quien le ha denegado la posibilidad de ingresar voluntariamente en ella sin haber cometido un delito.
Natural de Granada, Justo Márquez ha residido gran parte de su vida en Nerja (Málaga), motivo por el que ha elegido este centro penitenciario de la provincia para hacer su petición.
“Ahí por lo menos tengo compañeros de noche, de día, y sé que si algo me pasa, pues hay quien me pueda socorrer, en mi casa no tengo nadie que lo haga”, recalcó.
Este granadino, padre de cinco hijos, a quienes hace meses que no ve, estuvo durante dos años en prisión cuando era joven por problemas con las drogas, pero afirma estar “limpio” desde hace más de tres décadas y, aunque desearía ingresar en prisión, sostiene que quiere que sea “sin hacer algún tipo de delito”.
