Tres personas fueron detenidos por amenazar y secuestrar a venezolano que tenía una deuda con ellos
Las detenciones se dieron este jueves el sector de Alajuelita y Goicoechea.
Este jueves agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) detuvieron a tres personas, dos hombres y una mujer, por ser sospechosos de amenazar a un hombre de nacionalidad venezolana y de apellido Arenas que tenía una deuda con ellos.
La detenciones las realizaron las autoridades en el sector de Alajuelita y Goicoechea.
Tras este incidente y a pesar del pago, las amenazas contra Arenas siguieron y este tuvo que hacer un nuevo pago.
“La misma organización le manifiesta en varias ocasiones a este sujeto que tenía que pagar más dinero. Se da una situación bastante particular, en la cual empezaron a extorsionar nuevamente a este sujeto. Se acuerda un pago, este sujeto lo da y posteriormente siguen con la extorsión”, explicó Randall Zúñiga, director del OIJ.
Ante lo sucedido la víctima buscó ayuda de las autoridades, quienes lo ayudaron a programar un nuevo pago a los delincuentes, pero en esa ocasión custodiado por ellos.
“Nos encargamos que se hiciera un pago custodiado por parte de oficiales de nuestra institución y en ese momento, cuando se da el pago -en octubre del año pasado- se logra detener a dos menores de edad y a dos mayores de edad, quienes eran los intermediarios”, comentó el jerarca.
Los detenidos fueron identificados como un hombre de apellido Noguera de 30 años, otro de apellido Villarreal de 21 años y una mujer de apellido Acuña de 31 años.

Los tres quedaron en manos del Ministerio Público donde se les definirá su situación jurídica.
