Soldado que llevaba un año sin ver a su hijo se disfrazó de tigre para sorprenderlo en el colegio
Los maestros del menor y el soldado, quien recién había llegado del Medio Oriente, se articularon para sorprender al niño en su salón de clases al estar vestido como la mascota de la escuela. Vea aquí el emotivo video.
El sargento Perry Chronister, un soldado norteamericano que pasó un año en combate el Medio Oriente, decidió hacer una gran entrada en su regreso a casa. Sorprendió a su hijo de tan solo 7 años en su primer día de colegio vestido como la mascota de su escuela. El emotivo encuentro, captado en video, hizo que más de uno soltara una lágrima.
A mediados de agosto de 2023, el sargento Chronister volvió de una misión de despliegue por fuera del país como miembro del Regimiento de Calvario de la Guardia Nacional del Ejército de Ohio.
Para Chronister era importante poder darle esta sorpresa a su pequeño, porque durante el tiempo que estuvo por fuera no pudo mantener contacto constante con él.
«Donde estaba, el wifi no era bueno. Así que en algunas conversaciones, solo algunos días, intentábamos y no funcionaba. Pasaban largos períodos de tiempo en los que no podía verlo», comentó el soldado, enfatizando que esta fue una de las cosas más difíciles durante la misión.
De manera tímida el niño lo mira, pero resulta ser sorprendido por su padre, a quien saluda con un abrazo y en medio de lágrimas.
Los compañeros no comprendían lo que sucedía, por lo cual la maestra explicó que la mascota era el papá de Eli, un soldado de Estados Unidos.
«Qué lindo», comentó una de las niñas del salón de clase.
«Fue simplemente mágico, fue la mejor sensación, el mejor momento que he tenido», admitió Perry, diciendo que estaba completamente feliz de volver a casa.
