El luchador ruso de artes marciales mixtas Grigoriy Ponomarev sufrió una escalofriante lesión en medio de su combate contra su conterráneo Mukhamamd Vakhaev.
Durante el encuentro estelar de la velada ACA 161, pelea de pesos pesados que apenas duró 40 segundos, Ponomarev apoyó mal su pierna izquierda comenzando el primer round y, tras un movimiento de palanca, se fracturó.
El vencedor no se percató de la grave lesión de su contrincante, quien no pudo continuar por nocaut técnico, y lo siguió golpeando en el piso. Además, festejó su victoria haciendo piruetas en el octágono.
