Psicóloga Kennly Garza es la nueva presidenta ejecutiva del PANI
Garza cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia administrando instituciones con enfoque social y sistémico, informó Presidencia.
La psicóloga Kennly Garza Sánchez, es la nueva presidenta ejecutiva del Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI) y Ministra de la Niñez y Adolescencia; cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia administrando instituciones con enfoque social y sistémico como: el Centro Penitenciario de la Cárcel de Mujeres, el Instituto Nacional de Criminología, el Centro Especializado Adulto Joven Ofelia Vicenzi Peñaranda y programas enfocados en la niñez del Ministerio de Educación (MEP).
“Dentro de mis principales habilidades está la creación y transformación de equipos multidisciplinarios de alto desempeño, mediante planes de desarrollo profesional, coaching y mentoring. He participado en foros de benchmarking nacional e internacional con instituciones como la ONU y Comité de Cruz Roja Internacional”, mencionó Garza.
“Mi trayectoria en el sector social es lo que me hace aceptar este nuevo reto, para darle un sentido de eficiencia a una institución que tiene una deuda con la niñez costarricense; mi compromiso es liderar al equipo del PANI para devolverle la ilusión a la niñez de nuestro país”, agregó la nueva presidenta del PANI.
