Autoridades confirman identidad de hombre asesinado en Limón este domingo en las cercanías de un bar
La víctima murió tras ser atacado a balazos en múltiples ocasiones.
Si bien de primera instancia se informó que la persona asesinada la noche del domingo en Limón era un menor de 17 años, el Organismo de investigación Judicial (OIJ) confirmó que se trataba de un hombre de 26 años.
La víctima del ataque a balazos cerca del bar y restaurante 28, en Limoncito, fue identificado como José Daniel Espinoza Rosales.
Espinoza falleció en el lugar de los hechos luego de recibir varios impactos de bala en diferentes partes de su cuerpo.
De acuerdo con datos preliminares de las autoridades, José Daniel se encontraba en una propiedad con varias personas, cuando en un momento determinado en apariencia seis sujetos le dispararon en múltiples ocasiones y se dieron a la fuga posteriormente.
En cuanto a las otras personas que se encontraban con la víctima, trascendió que quedaron ilesos, por lo que lograron huir de la escena.
El caso se mantiene bajo investigación de los agentes del OIJ, quienes tratan de esclarecer lo sucedido.
“Se recogieron pruebas las cuales fueron remitidas a los respectivos laboratorios para analizarlas. La investigación continúa para dar con los sospechosos del homicidio, pero se presume que puede ser un ajuste de cuentas”, informó el OIJ.
Este lunes 6 de agosto la provincia de Limón amaneció como la más violenta del país al registrar 133 asesinatos en lo que llevamos del año, seguida por San José que contabiliza 132.
