Programa de TV en Perú generó rechazo por poner a desfilar a niñas en ropa interior
El magazine ‘Emprendedor ponte pilas’ promovió un negocio que vendía lencería para menores, que lucieron dos pequeñas en una pasarela. Se llegó a decir que dichas prendas eran cómodas para cuando la niña ‘se tenga que lucir’.
El canal América Televisión tomó la decisión de retirar del aire un programa que presentó un desfile de niñas en ropa interior, tras el rechazo de varios ministerios, organizaciones feministas y la Defensoría del Pueblo de Perú .
«El programa del sábado pasado vulneró los derechos fundamentales de varias menores de edad, lo cual es inaceptable», indicó América Televisión sobre la emisión del programa ‘Emprendedor ponte las pilas’, que presentó un desfile de niñas mostrando ropa interior o lencería de un confeccionista local.
Recordó que el programa es producido por la empresa externa Producciones ProTV que ya pidió disculpas por lo sucedido.
Sin embargo, informó que van a reforzar sus políticas internas de cumplimiento y el trabajo conjunto con las productoras externas para que este tipo de sucesos no se repita.
Indicó que, de acuerdo a la normativa vigente, han solicitado a la Sociedad Nacional de Radio y Televisión de Perú que inicie las acciones legales que les competen en contra del citado medio, en el marco de los principios que establecen la autorregulación de los medios.
El programa mostró en el plató de televisión un negocio que vendía lencería para niñas y dos menores salieron con ropa interior en una pasarela.
Se llegó a decir que dichas prendas eran cómodas para cuando la niña «se tenga que lucir».
El Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables también rechazó la exposición de niñas e instó a los medios de comunicación a cumplir la Ley 28278 de Radio y Televisión y la Convención sobre los derechos del Niño, «que los obligan a prestar el servicio de radiodifusión conforme al principio de protección y formación integral de las niñas, niños y adolescentes».

Además, exhortó a la sociedad en su conjunto a proteger su integridad y no exponerlos a situaciones que puedan afectar su normal desarrollo.
De igual manera, la Defensoría del Pueblo exigió a los medios cumplir dicha ley y afirmó que las imágenes eran «contrarias a la dignidad» de las menores y las expusieron a «diversos riesgos que podrían vulnerar su integridad, imagen y desarrollo integral».
La organización feminista Manuela Ramos afirmó en redes que mostrar «a menores de edad en televisión nacional en un desfile en ropa interior las expone a la violencia sexual y las hipersexualiza» e hizo un llamado a los medios de comunicación para que revisen la información que emiten, «queremos infancias libres de violencia», añadió.
