Fabricio Alvarado solicita a Rodrigo Chaves que “Sound of Freedom” se declare de interés público
“Hemos estado en conversaciones y pronto esta película estará en Costa Rica, a mediados de agosto según lo que nos dicen”, manifestó el diputado.
El diputado de Nueva República, Fabricio Alvarado, solicitó al gobierno de la República que el filme “Sound of Freedom” (Sonido de Libertad) sea declarado de interés público.
La película muestra la problemática social de la trata de niños que existe en Latinoamérica.
“Por ejemplo, la revista Rolling Stone escribió: ““Sound of Freedom” es una película de superhéroes para papás con gusanos cerebrales”, en su nota se refieren a la trata de niños como una conspiración y una exageración. Con esta táctica de manipulación de medios tratan de influir en sus lectores con la idea de que este tema es para padres conspiranoicos con poca inteligencia, todo para que no vayan a ver el filme para no ser etiquetados”, agregó.
Alvarado, aseguró que está en conversaciones para que la película escrita por Rod Barr y Alejandro Monteverde se proyecte pronto en los cines de Costa Rica.
“Esperamos que las empresas de cine no cedan a las presiones y grupos de medios malintencionados que intentan a toda costa que esta película no se distribuya y quiero aprovechar este espacio para solicitarle de forma oficial al gobierno de Rodrigo Chaves al gobierno de la República la declaratoria de interés público de esta película”, finalizó.
A pesar que Sound of Freedom o Sonido de Libertad ya se estrenó el pasado 4 de julio, su estreno ha sido reducido en los cines de Estados Unidos. Por ahora, no existe fecha fija de lanzamiento en Costa Rica y Latinoamérica, ni se ha confirmado si Sound of Freedom se encuentra disponible en alguna plataforma de streaming.
