La jugosa indemnización que piden Mauricio Hoffmann y Majo Ulate a Diego Bravo
El presentador y la maquillista aseguran que las acciones del youtuber han generado un deterioro significativo en su estado de ánimo y bienestar psicológico.
El presentador de Teletica, Mauricio Hoffmann, y su novia, la maquillista María José “Majo” Ulate, interpusieron una demanda contra el popular creador de contenido Diego Esteban Hernández Bravo, mejor conocido como Diego Bravo.
Según informó el medio La Esquina 506 los demandantes solicitan una compensación económica de 5 millones de colones cada uno, alegando haber sufrido daños personales y emocionales como resultado del contenido que Bravo publicó sobre ellos.
Según los demandantes, las acciones del creador de contenido han tenido un impacto negativo en sus vidas, generando un deterioro significativo en su estado de ánimo y bienestar psicológico.
En el documento judicial resaltan varios aspectos relevantes, entre ellos se menciona que Bravo difundió contenido ofensivo dirigido a Majo y Mauricio durante aproximadamente un año, con el claro objetivo de perjudicar la reputación profesional de ambos.
Además, los demandantes aseguran que Bravo: “creó un odio colectivo en su público hacia nosotros, hemos sido víctimas de esto durante todo este tiempo, con mensajes de muchas personas hacia nosotros con palabras como añeja, sometida, mojigatos, ridículos, entre muchos otros”.
“A modo personal y emocional, Diego Esteban Hernández Bravo nos ha afectado y hemos tenido que ser fuertes emocionalmente para poder seguir con nuestras vidas de una u otra forma, sin embargo, se corre el riesgo de que si alguno de nosotros fuéremos personas con tendencias depresivas definitivamente este capítulo los llevaría a escenarios catastróficos y muy lamentables”, agrega el escrito.
Hasta el momento, no se ha emitido ningún comunicado oficial por parte de Diego Bravo en respuesta a esta demanda.
