Condenan a hombre por amenazar de muerte al tráfico Glen Rodríguez

Un conductor fue condenado a pena de prisión tras amenazar de muerte a un oficial de la Policía de Tránsito que le impuso una multa. Glen Rodríguez, logró llevar el caso a juicio y obtener justicia para el incidente ocurrido en el sector de Coronado en San José.
“Cuando llego, este conductor se pone bastante molesto porque yo le hago la multa, y como yo no se la quise perdonar entonces el chavalo antes de irse me grita “le voy a meter un balazo hijo de tal” porque esas fueron las palabras y entonces yo estaba grabando, yo tengo cámara institucional”, comentó el oficial tiktokero a Noticias Telediario.
El oficial aseguró que ni él ni ninguna autoridad tiene que aguantar humillaciones por su trabajo.
“Yo considero que nosotros no tenemos que estar aguantando que nos estén amenazando por cuestiones de nuestras labores. Entonces eso fue lo que me motivó a hacer la denuncia yo fui a la Fiscalía y ya y como yo tenía el dato, la placa y la cédula y todo, porque ya lo había sancionado, entonces fue muy fácil porque yo tenía los datos de la persona”, dijo.
Este desafortunado episodio ha establecido un precedente importante, dejando claro que las acciones irresponsables y violentas hacia las autoridades pueden acarrear consecuencias mucho más graves que una simple infracción de tráfico. La ley establece que amenazar a un funcionario público conlleva una pena de prisión de hasta dos años.
