(Fotos) Salud emite alerta sanitaria por este queso: contiene peligrosa bacteria
De nuevo se lanza la alerta por cierto tipo de quesos frescos.
El Ministerio de Salud informó este viernes que un análisis identificó la presencia de la bacteria Listeria monocytogenes en ciertos lotes de quesos frescos de las marcas: Tiqueso y Corso.
Los lotes contaminados con dicha bacteria son los siguientes:
Lote 1403231671 del queso chontaleño, marca TIQUESO, registro sanitario: A-1918-13.
Lote 166 del queso semiduro, marca CORSO, registro sanitario: A-CR-17-05613.
La contaminación de los productos se identificó a través de un muestreo realizado en supermercados del país, como parte del control de alimentos que lleva a cabo el Ministerio de Salud, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento del Reglamento Técnico Centroamericano de Criterios Microbiológicos para la Inocuidad de los Alimentos vigente.
La entidad indicó que ya se está trabajando en el retiro del mercado de los lotes contaminados en coordinación con los puntos de muestreo y con SENASA a nivel de las empresas fabricantes.
Se alerta a los consumidores para que eviten comprar o consumir los productos de los lotes antes mencionados, especialmente si se trata de mujeres embarazadas, adultos mayores o personas con sistemas inmunitarios debilitados.
En caso de tener productos de los lotes descritos para su consumo, desecharlos o devolverlos al punto de venta.
Si experimenta síntomas como: diarrea, fiebre, dolor de cabeza y dolores musculares y ha consumido algún lote de los productos antes mencionados, consultar a su médico o acudir a un centro de salud cercano.
