Hombre que falleció en discusión con chofer de bus contaba con amplio expediente delictivo

Alejandro Rivera Fernández, el hombre que murió tras protagonizar una acalorada discusión con un chofer de bus la noche del domingo anterior en Guadalupe contaba con amplio expediente delictivo.

El medio indicó que en algunas intervenciones policiales le decomisaron cuchillos porque, aparentemente, peleaba con otros cuidacarros.
La investigación
Las primeras investigaciones indican que Rivera, de 62 años, se resbaló al bajarse luego de que el conductor de la unidad de la ruta Mozotal (Goicoechea)-San José, de apellido Ramírez, no le permitiera subirse porque le faltaban 100 colones para el pasaje.
El conductor del autobús de la empresa Autobuses Guadalupe LTDA quedó libre sin medidas cautelares. Así lo dispuso la Fiscalía Adjunta del Segundo Circuito Judicial de San José.
A Ramírez se le investiga por el delito de homicidio simple por la muerte de Rivera quien padecía del corazón y usaba un marcapasos.
Personas que conocen al chofer de nacionalidad nicaraguense, quienes prefirieron mantener el anonimato, indicaron a ¡Qué Torta! que el hombre es muy tranquilo y hasta tiene fama de “asustadito”.
