A Elena Correa le obsesionaba la idea de tener un hijo con Carlos Rodríguez
El empresario aseguró que la ex reina de belleza lo “mortificaba” con el tema.
A la exreina de belleza Elena Correa, de 32 años, le obsesionaba la idea de tener un hijo con su esposo Carlos Rodríguez, de 75 años.
Así lo indica una publicación del medio digital ¡Qué Torta! quien tiene en su poder la sentencia de primera instancia número 2023000089 del Juzgado Contravencional (violencia doméstica) de San Rafael de Heredia.
Raquel Rodríguez, hija de Carlos declaró ante el Juzgado que la Miss Costa Rica 2017 “insistía en tener un hijo con su esposo, pese que conoce sus condiciones de edad e imposibilidad de engendrar más hijos”.
En el fallo, la jueza Elizabeth Picado Arguedas levantó las medidas cautelares que le habían puesto a Rodríguez porque Elena no logró probar en el proceso que fuera víctima de violencia doméstica, pese a que mencionó varios episodios.
Las autoridades fundamentaron la decisión indicando que el exdueño del Autódromo La Guácima fue blanco de “eventos de agresión psicológica” a lo largo de la relación en especial por su condición de adulto mayor.
Entre ellas figuran la “imposición y oposición” por parte de Correa “para que las personas más cercanas y principalmente a quien don Carlos tuviese deseo que lo acompañaran, no pudieran hacerlo por decisión de esta señora”.
Esto en referencia al momento cuando Rodríguez fue diagnosticado con cáncer en la glotis (laringe) a mediados del 2022 en el que estuvo aislado y se sometió a un tratamiento médico complejo.
El fallo también indica que Correa padece de “crisis de ansiedad, ataques de pánico y depresión”, esto de acuerdo con el diagnóstico de un psicólogo que la atendió en 2022.
